Securitas was already using a digital procurement solution, but it was cumbersome, lacked transparency, and could not accommodate individual requirements. Master data maintenance, analytics, and approval processes were missing. The company was looking for a platform that could handle complex approval structures, offer a fair pricing model, and undergo continuous development.
The Solution: Customized Approvals, Catalogs, and ERP Integration
Hivebuy was rolled out gradually across various regions. At its core is the dual-control principle: Every expenditure is approved by the person responsible for costs, and approvals can be delegated in the event of absence. Employees place orders through an internal catalog featuring over 4,000 variants as well as punch-out catalogs. The integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 automatically keeps cost centers and cost objects up to date.
